Getting Started
You join early access and tell us your area and laundry needs. When service opens near you, you schedule a pickup, set your laundry out in your Frenchies tote, and a local Washer picks it up. We wash, dry, fold, and return it to the same spot — usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Our launch focus is Anchorage and Eagle River. Early access opens by neighborhood and route, so availability is limited at first. If you are outside the first routes, you can still join the list to help us decide where to expand next.
We are in early access, opening routes neighborhood by neighborhood — not yet in full public rollout. Join the waitlist and we will reach out as soon as service opens in your area.
Typical turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from pickup to return. Your exact return window is confirmed when your pickup is scheduled.
Frenchies is being built around a mobile app for scheduling, laundry preferences, pickup updates, and support. During early access, we will guide customers through the first available signup and scheduling flow as routes open.

No. Customer orders are handled separately and are not mixed with other customer orders.
A Frenchies Washer — a screened, trained local person, not an anonymous gig worker. You will know who is on your route.
No. All handoffs happen at your designated outdoor or porch spot using your Frenchies tote. It is contactless if you prefer.
Yes. Fragrance-free is available on request and can be saved as a preference. You can also leave your own preferred detergent with your tote.
Frenchies handles standard wash-and-fold laundry. We do not accept hazardous materials, biohazards, mold-impacted items, or commercial loads. Some delicate or specialty items may not be eligible — flag them at pickup.
Pickups and returns are documented, so we can look into it quickly. Submit a report through our Report an Issue form and we will respond promptly with clear next steps.
