You schedule a pickup window through your Frenchies account. Place your laundry in your Frenchies Secure Laundry Kit at your designated handoff spot. We pick it up, wash, fold, and return it on your scheduled return window — typically within 24 to 48 hours.
The Frenchies Secure Laundry Kit is a reusable, labeled bag system provided to every Frenchies customer. It is designed for secure handoff so your laundry stays organized, protected, and clearly identified from pickup through return.
